Enrollment is open for group riding lessons. Many lesson days and times to choose from. All ages from 6 to adult, and all riding levels beginner through advanced welcome. Fall semester begins the first week of September.

Hidden Fox Farm offers English hunt seat (balanced seat) horse back riding lessons year round for children as young as 4 through adults, beginner through advanced. Each rider needs to have long pants, boots with a small heel, a riding helmet* and water bottle. Gloves are also recommended, especially for young children.

Our lesson year is broken up into semesters: Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. Each semester consists of 12 weeks of riding, normally with one or two weeks reserved for make-up lessons. New riding lesson students may begin at any time during a semesters. Each semester is paid for the entire semester, or may be broken up into 2 half payments. For a complete list of policies ask for a Welcome Packet when you are at the stable.

*Hidden Fox Farm does have a limited number of riding helmets for students to use as needed, but it is advisable for everyone to have their own.
Group Lessons
$40/lesson $444/semester of one lesson a week
Group riding lessons are offered Monday through Saturday at various times throughout the day. Group riding lessons consist of two or more individuals and run approximately 90 minutes, with 45-60 minutes of riding time with the remainder of time for tacking and grooming. Group lessons are open to all skill levels of riders from beginner to advanced, ages 7 and up. (younger students upon instructor approval)

1 lesson per week $444/semester ($37/lesson)

Private Lessons $50/lesson
Private lessons are a one hour lesson, with approximately 30-45 minutes of riding time. These lessons are scheduled around the trainer and student's personal schedules and are only available to full time students to supplement group lessons or work on specific trouble areas for both horse and rider. .
Beginning Riding $185
Hidden Fox Farm is proud to offer a truly remarkable program for young equestrians. Our beginning riding program is unique to our farm and is offered at various times during the Spring, Summer and Fall semesters.
Beginning Riding is designed for anyone 8 to adult who have very limited or no horse experience. During each 90 minute hands on class students will ride for a short time and also learn many aspects of basic horsemanship such as haltering, grooming, safety, tacking, nutrition and more. This class is designed to give each student a good foundation in horsemanship and is the perfect starting place for anyone who is just curious about horses to those wishing to become pro riders. After the six week course is finished students wishing to continue their equestrian education may choose to repeat the course as often as liked, or go into group lessons!
Beginning Riding is $185 per student per 6 week course
Pony Pals $125
Pony Pals is the perfect class for the youngest horse crazy kids. This is a 60 minute weekly course for children ages 4-7 and runs for 6 weeks at various times during our Spring, Summer and Fall semesters. Through a fun and safe manner Pony Pal kids will learn how to care for horses with hands on activities, and get a pony ride each week! Students may repeat the Pony Pals class as often as they like, or, depending on age and maturity, may enroll in Beginner Riding or join Group Riding Lessons.
Pony Pals is $125 per child for the 6 week course.

Extra Opportunities
The main goal at Hidden Fox Farm is to educate and create confident and responsible horsemen. With that comes providing experiences and opportunities to expand on your knowledge and equestrian experiences.
Hidden Fox Farm has a show team open for any dedicated and motivated full time student. We compete monthly at hunter jumper shows from March through November. Depending on individual goals we can provide a casual showing experience or take it to a highly competitive level.
Our trainers will assist in all steps involved in the purchase of a horse, whether it be your first horse or tenth. Hidden Fox Farm takes part in rescues, rehabilitation and rehoming of many horses each year. Boarding and full training is available to full time riding school students only.
Off site trail riding, clinics, barn fun days, volunteer opportunities and charity events happen throughout the year and are generally open to all students and their families. The level of involvement is entirely dependent on what your individual goals are and your commitment to this sport. Hidden Fox Farm is here to help you realize your dreams in a relaxed, no pressure, family friendly atmosphere where all are welcome.
